The Cat Hospital of Chicago library is a collection of information on feline healthcare authored primarily by our doctors and/or our staff, with some articles being written by outside sources such as the American Association of Feline Practitioners. Our library of cat health care information consists of three main sections:

    1) Individual articles about a wide range of topics pertinent to feline medicine

    2) Ask Boo Questions and Answers. Our first hospital cat, Boo, in a humble effort to earn his keep with us, started a Q & A column back in 2001. He agreed to answer readers' cat-related health questions, though he did set strict limits on how hard he intended to work. Due to failing health in his geriatric years, Boo was euthanized in 2007, but his column has continued in his memory with 'guest' cats helping to provide answers to readers' questions.

    3) Treats and Tidbits, our hospital's quarterly e-newsletter. Our quarterly newsletter started in 2005, and each edition contains a variety of information including hospital news, cat health care topics, tips on caring for cats, fun cat facts, etc.
