EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years of customer service related experience
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to read charts and computer screen.
- Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with clients and other employees.
- Standing/walking approximately 75% of the time.
- Moderate lifting (up to 25 lbs.) approximately 5% of the time.
- Bending/kneeling approximately 5% of the time.
- Must be able to work all hours the hospital is open.
